Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
In the same condition that you received it
Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
Complete with all accessories, manuals, labels, and parts
Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, neglect, or accidents
Items that have been altered, repaired, or modified by the customer or a third party
Items returned without prior authorization
Clearance, final-sale, or customized products, if clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

The reason for the return
Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
After we review your request, we will provide return instructions by email. Please do not send items back before receiving return authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is caused by our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a suitable solution.
For returns due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Refunds

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
Exchanges

Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a return after delivery.
